Canandaigua Record Exchange Return Policy
Do You Buy Albums?
We're always looking for quality albums, so if you've got some LPs that you're no longer listening to we're always interested in looking at them. The final price offered for your collection is based on the artist, title, condition of the album (and to a lesser extent cover), and past and present stock. We have to visually inspect the item so quotes aren't made over the phone, email or internet.
Do You Buy Large Collections?
Whether you have a few records or a large collection, we're always interested. We understand that for larger collections we may need to come to you! Send us an email or stop into the store and we can set a time to meet up to look at what you have.
What About Older Records?
There are a great deal of records that have been enjoyed quite a bit in their lifetime, or may not have been enjoyed enough but aren't popular enough to stock in store. We have a network of people who re-use vinyl records, incorporating them into art and crafting projects and most importantly keeping them out of the trash. Our goal is to find a new home those records, we'd prefer to have it be on another person's turntable, but sometimes there are other uses and we will ensure that they are recycled and reused accordingly.
Do You Order Albums and CDs?
As long as what you're looking for is still in print, we can order New LPs and CDs for you. If you know you want a future release let us know and we can pre-order it for you to ensure you have it when its released.
What About Out of Print Albums?
These items may take longer for us to search out, but let us know and we'll keep an eye out for you and let you know if we find it.
